Initiate Your Request
Log into your JamFactory account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
